Based from our office in Brixton, we successfully manage our portfolio of properties across South West London

Alice Murray - Membership Manager

Alice joined the Capital Team in Feb 2020 and was an instant hit with our members and landlords alike. You will find Alice bustling around our stunning houses showing potential members around. She is the main contact for all member related issues. In her spare time she is a keen running as she gears up to her first marathon. Wish her luck!!!

Yolanda Everton - Head of Operations

Yolanda has been working in the property industry for 10 years and joined the Capital Living team in 2017. Due to her exceptional knowledge of the company, Yolanda is our Head of Operations and is fundamental in running our operations functions across the business.

Roxanne Van Der Schyff - Member Services Executive

Roxanne joined the Capital Living team early in 2019 and has been looking after maintenance issues in our houses and keeping our members happy. When she is not working she enjoys Pilates, Netflix and Wine and of course traveling with her two boys.

Karin Viljoen - Support Executive

Karin has been part of our support team since 2019. She works behind the scenes to make sure that our functions runs smoothly. When she is not at work, you’ll find her with her nose in a book or planning her next travel adventure.

Adam Goff - Director + Founder

Adam created Capital Living in 2009 because of his passion for London life, he made it his mission to improve the rental experience for both landlords and tenants in the capital.

Cancellation Policy

The holding deposit goes towards your first months rent and reserves the room for seven days by which time Capital Living must receive all the required paperwork and full balance transfer (including 5 week deposit and first month’s rent) to complete your transaction. Failure to do any of these will forfeit the payment. You will not get your holding deposit back if you fail your reference check. This is non-refundable and non-transferable to another person or a different room.
