At Capital Living, we have two core propositions. We provide young professionals with a better way to live and experience London and we give landlords complete peace of mind by guaranteeing their rental income and the condition of their properties. These two missions drive everything we do.
As featured on E4, we are evolving the private shared rental sector in London. Through our passionate team and technology we are changing the experience for both renters and landlords in London forever. Our business model is simple; we rent great properties and then transform them into homes for our members on a room by room basis. Whether you’re a landlord looking to rent your house or a young professional looking for somewhere to call home, Capital Living is more than just a house share.

It’s all about the experience

With Capital Living you’ll find our rooms are all inclusive, to make budgeting in London that little bit easier. The homes come fully set up – to the point where you’ll just need bedding when you move in. The rate includes all bills. There is a weekly cleaner and we reimburse all cleaning products (including loo roll) to allow you more time to focus on the more important things in life, such as exploring your local area!

Landlords, you’ll have a dedicated team member looking after your house. They’ll run quarterly property inspections and do regular touch ups to maintain your property to the high standard it deserves. If you’re looking to free up your time we can manage your property for you and you can sleep easy knowing that your house is being looked after and you have guaranteed rental return.

Landlords, you want to know we’re putting responsible young adults into your house. Members, you need to trust us to find you great housemates to live with you in your home. We have established a vibrant community of members who have all been through our selective interview process. They’re professionals who looking to build their London life, much like the majority of our landlords once were. We’re looking to create sociable house shares, where our members not only have their housemates to help expand their social networks, they can meet everyone in the community too.
